Acute pain at the therapeutic appointment (Data for decision-making, cold test, anesthesia algorithm for maxillary and mandibular teeth, protocol for vital and necrotized cases)
Primary endodontic treatment (Instrumental preparation, quality diagnostics, isolation and wall restoration, endodontic access, instruments for creating endodontic access, working length determination, requirements for irrigants, irrigant activation method, obturation of root canals)
Root canal treatment (Instrumental treatment, quality diagnostics, isolation and wall restoration, endodontic access, tools for creating endodontic access, instrumentation and instrumental treatment, medicamentous treatment)
Apical periodontitis – basic principles of treatment and decision-making (The goal of endodontic treatment, basic principles, biofilm, types of biofilm in endodontics, advantages of existing within a biofilm, biofilm composition, instrumentation, instruments for filling removal, medicament treatment)
Post-endodontic restoration (Chemical polymerization activator, post-endodontic restoration)
Management in endodontics (Management in endodontics PreEndo preparation, single-visit endodontics, removal of the smear layer with a mono-solution, irrigant activation method)

An underfilled or perforated canal is the most common cause of retreatment and tooth loss. The course reveals modern trends in endodontic practice: diagnosis, navigation in the root canal system, mechanical preparation, and three-dimensional obturation based on evidence-based practice.
