Wagner Perm State Medical University with a degree in General Medicine (2016), completed an internship in surgery in 2017, and in 2019 underwent professional retraining in the specialty of Ultrasound Diagnostics at the Medtrain Training Center. He subsequently trained in ultrasound diagnostics and expert-level fields at the Medsi Academy, as well as advanced courses in echocardiography and ultrasound angiology.

In clinical practice, he works as an ultrasound physician at the Doctor Light Diagnostics and Treatment Center (Perm), the V.F. Voyno-Yasenetsky Institute of Surgery, and a number of private clinics, seeing adults and children from 0 years of age and performing a wide range of ultrasound examinations of internal organs, vessels, joints, and soft tissues. He is regarded as an attentive and friendly specialist who explains examination results to patients in detail.
