The course takes you from indications and preparation to practising hysteroresectoscopy techniques for polyps, synechiae, fibroids and septa.

You will confidently perform diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy and deliberately choose minimally invasive tactics, reducing trauma and the rate of complications.
