Assessing diastolic function is one of the most «slippery» sections of echocardiography, where it is easy to get tangled in the parameters. The hands-on microcourse shows each measurement step by step — from the E-wave and the left atrium to the Tei index and pulmonary vein flows.

You will assemble disparate parameters into a clear algorithm and assess diastole systematically rather than by guesswork.
